I am excited to offer a variety of breathwork sessions to meet your needs, whether you're looking for a private, personalized experience or the energy of a group setting.

  • One-on-One Sessions: Available at Work It Out Counseling, I offer individualized sessions tailored to your specific needs. These sessions provide a private space for deep, introspective work.

  • Group Sessions at Salt and Sea Wellness Spa: Join me every other Saturday for group breathwork sessions designed to help you connect with your breath, body, and mind. These sessions provide a supportive environment to explore breathwork within a community setting.

  • Free Community Session in the Park: On the 3rd Sunday of each month, I host a free breathwork session at Palatlakaha Recreation Park. This is a great opportunity to experience breathwork in nature and connect with others in the community.
