BREATHE! Clermont is a monthly community event where we come together to experience the power of breathwork in a beautiful outdoor setting. Led by certified breathwork facilitator Amanda Nichols, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to connect with yourself, others, and the natural world around you.

Breath and Movement Session

These one-hour Breathwork Group Sessions offer a supportive space for individuals to connect with their breath and alleviate stress. Each session incorporates Introspective Breathwork Therapy, a technique that enhances mental clarity, reduces stress levels, and promotes overall well-being by increasing oxygen flow and strengthening the mind-body connection. Yoga mats are provided or you may bring your own.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent on a transformative journey within.
