My approach to coaching and breathwork is rooted in creating a deeply personalized exploration of your well-being journey. I understand all too personally the impact of trauma, abuse, and addiction, and my practice is anchored in providing a supportive and safe space.

Experience and Expertise

I bring a wealth of personal experience and dedication to guiding others on their unique paths. As a wife, mother of four-year-old twins, and a seasoned navigator of life's challenges, I understand the intricacies and resilience required for personal growth.

At the age of 16, I made a solemn commitment to myself to overcome a traumatic childhood, and I've successfully honored that promise throughout my life's journey. After joining the Air Force at the age of 18, I chose not to reenlist and I found open doors to various careers and experiences, from working for financial institutions, floral design, civil engineering, Information Technology, digital marketing, and more, with each contributing to my diverse understanding of a variety of life experiences and challenges.

Today, as a Life Transformation Coach and a devoted Breathwork Practitioner in training, I draw from my personal and professional experiences to illuminate your path to self-discovery. My joy lies in helping individuals unravel challenges, identify their deepest desires, and connect with their wellsprings of motivation.

Yoga mats provided or you may bring your own.
